The Real Estate Data Aggregator put months of supply in 75022 at 2.7. That is down 0.7 months from a year before. Less supply means well-priced homes face less competition from other sellers.
The median sale price in 75022 was $820,000, according to the Real Estate Data Aggregator. That is up 10.1% from the same period in 2025. Prices did not slip here, even as rates rose.
About 1 in 4 homes in 75022 sold above list price. The Real Estate Data Aggregator put that share at 25.9%, up 8 points from a year before. Not every home got a bidding war, but more did than last year.
75028 tells a different story
ZIP 75028 is the other main part of Flower Mound. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 187 homes sold there in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That was nearly flat, down just 0.5% from a year before.
The median sale price in 75028 dipped a little. The Real Estate Data Aggregator put it at $540,000, down 0.9% from the same months of 2025. Small drop, but worth knowing if you are pricing a home there.

Supply in 75028 was actually tighter at 2.3 months, per the Real Estate Data Aggregator. But inventory there rose 10% from a year before, giving buyers a little more to choose from. In 75022, inventory fell 4.8%.
Homes in 75028 sold faster. The Real Estate Data Aggregator put the median at 26 days, 4 days shorter than a year before. Speed improved even as the median price slipped slightly.
What the national picture adds
Nationally, things are softer. Realtor.com reported that 20.8% of listings saw price cuts in September 2026, the highest share since October 2022. Active listings topped 1.16 million homes nationally, Realtor.com said.
CNBC reported that mortgage applications to buy a home were 15% lower than the same week one year ago. Rates at 7.49% are keeping some buyers on the sideline across the country.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. home prices rose 2.6% from July 2025 to July 2026. That is a modest national gain. Flower Mound's 75022 beat it by a wide margin.
